Well, I can't believe another year has gone by and summer is almost over.  It's time again for the Dutchess County Fair in Rhinebeck.  An annual tradition towards the end of August.  It's the 173rd year for the Dutchess County fair, which is the second largest fair in New York State.  Covering about 147 acres, the fair is an annual tradition for local Hudson Valley residents but also for residents in other parts of the state and out of state.

The Dutchess County Fair runs August 21 until August 26 from 10am to 10pm.  Parking is free.  There are some live acts on the grandstand.  Most of the acts are from the country music world.  Like Chris Lane and Kip Moore.  Local favorites the Little Creek Band on Saturday.  Pop rock group The Wallflowers are opening night.

The fair also gives you a chance to have a bit of fun with Now 97.7.  We'll be sit up between the buildings and in front of building E.  Stop by, roll our giant dice for a chance to win some cool prizes.  Also, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, you can meet Taylor as she does her show live from the fair between 3pm and 7pm.
