If you love burritos, you're going to want to be at this Hudson Valley restaurant's grand opening.

Salsa Fresca Mexican Grill will cut the ribbon on their new Hudson Valley location this month, and they've come up with a delicious way to get customers to give them a try. The quick-serve Mexican restaurant is similar to Chipotle, serving burritos, bowls and tacos. Recently the small chain of nine restaurants in New York and Connecticut announced that they would be rapidly expanding, opening 100 more locations over the next five years.

The latest Salsa Fresca will take over the old Quizno's location on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie across from Marist College. Monday marks "soft opening" with an official grand opening event scheduled for January 25.

Part of that grand opening event includes a promotion that will give customers a chance to win a year of free burritos. According to a release from the restaurant, every 50th customer on January 25 at the new Poughkeepsie location will be awarded the burrito lover's dream: Free burritos for a year. It almost makes you want to find 49 friends and treat them all to lunch, right?

A similar promotion was held in June at the grand opening of the chain's Lagrangeville location.

So who's up for some burritos?
