City folk may not have a place for the bin and country folk may have the pesky animal issue but if you can start composting you won't stop. According to Wikipedia the definition of "composting" is an aerobic method of decomposing solid waste. It mean "air must be present". It is a great way to recycle organic material. And in the end leaves you with something use can use to feed your gardens.
